In general, TDOC being a platform for documentation management, the very nature of the service is intended to communicate the data processed through TDOC between our CUSTOMERS and their subcontractors.
Please note that, where one of the parties is located in a third country (i.e. a country outside the European Economic Area), international data transfers to this third country happens. In this respect, you are informed that formalisation of the relevant standard clauses agreed by the European Commission is required to ensure a level of protection equivalent to the European one, and that the staff concerned will be duly informed of this situation.
Apart from these communications, your data will not be communicated or transferred to any third party without your express consent except when we are legally obliged to do so. It is, however, possible that some data communications and/or transfers to third parties are imposed by certain regulations. When data communications may fall under the concept of ‘data processing under contract’, we undertake to sign with these third parties the mandatory data processing agreement.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation or opposition to the processing of your data.
